For the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), Public Good designed and developed the organization’s plain language, Style Guide for RCDSO’s internal communications team to ensure consistent use of language on the writing of documents, website pages and social media posts. By incorporating loosely drawn illustrations with generous white space layout we were able to create a document that is user-friendly, approachable and authoritative.
